I do believe that this is my FAVORITE plan of all that I sell.
This is a beautiful, Professionally restored copy of an very old and very rare "Scientific" model airplane plan. Notice how clean and clear the drawing and writing is. Plans just don't come any nicer than this.
Big 84" wing span. Wing chord 12". 54" length. Power: 1936 Brown "B" (.60) shown. One very large 8 foot long sheet. My original plan states that the plan was by "Scientific" and is an "exact reconstruction" of original 1936 plan.
This is a super nice reproduction of that plan that was in great shape for its age. The original plan was covered with over 63 thousand blue specks of ink!
I have taken several color scans of the finished plan. Please notice how fine the pictures look. As a preservatore of old plans. I take great pride in my work and try hard to be the best in the world at it. I never scan an image of a plan from an old magazine and then sell it as the "real thing". I only work with genuine real plans.
Noticed that the scans are in color with a coin. The hardest picture to "fake" is a color picture, and the random image of the coin in all my scans makes faking the picture extremely hard and time consuming to accomplish, but not impossible, just impractical. I enjoy showing these close up scans of my plans as I have nothing to hide, right JJ? JJ stands for Jim Johnson, a not to smart con artist on eBay. He goes by skystone01
and you would be wise to stay clear of his kind and his falsely advertised and poor quailty items. Most of his so called plans are nothing but scanned images of plans from magazines and hawked as the "real thing". Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Seeing that you cannot examine my plan before purchasing it. I want you to feel very confident that you just ordered one of the best plans in our solar system and at a great price. I could be a real butt head and demand twice the money but I don't as I am a fellow model builder just like you. I too appreciate a fine quality item at a great price. I was once asked why do I sell my files so cheap when I could easly get more. The answer is simple. The majority of my plans are sold overseas where even $5 is still allot of money. My American sales are dropping like a glider in a down draft while my overseas sells are rising like a pilot heading for the clouds. Need I say more?
If I where to rate this plan between 1-10, I would award it a perfect "10"..... ALL parts are to full size with LOTS of written instructions. This plane could easily be converted to radio control.
File $5.00

Beautiful isn't she?
